The Beaches Museum and Lazzara Family Foundation present JP Soars and the Gypsy Blues Review.
JP Soars’ new album “Southbound I-95” draws on inspiration from living in South Florida saying that he wanted “the vibe of living here in Florida shine through a bit.” According to Fred Delforge from Zicazine Magazine France “He is without a doubt one of the most original guitarists of his generation”. The new album is dotted with special guests, its sessions reveal hints of soul, R&B, surf, reggae, roots and country music on both Soars originals and a sprinkling of surprising covers -- all of which enhance and modernize, rather than take away from, the disc's traditional blues undercurrent.
